“It is low class and less vibration”

Amanda Sells looked completely on and off Real.

After noticing what it says the similarities between the new part and its gaming offering Witty, funny & black, Sales went on social media and attacked the show. She wrote a long Instagram post describing the program as unoriginal and “low grade” because it is a “disgusting sting” for her trademark.

Amanda Sells called “The Real” for her new category

Sales’ post came on the same day Real It’s back with a new season. It stopped broadcasting earlier this summer to give its hosts some much-needed time to rest and also to find out about its alternatives after Sells and Tamera Mowry-Hosley exit the show. Garcelle Beauvais was eventually used to fill their seats and went on to debut on Monday, September 18th.

At one point in the episode, she and her co-stars – Adrienne Bailon, Loni Love and Jeannie Mai – presented the new “Black Lives Matter University”, where they discussed racial issues. The clip’s logo contains the words in bold and pasted across a sign, with the flame logo underneath.

Amanda Sells says the producers of The Real stole her stage show Smart Funny & Black

After catching the segment winds, Sales claimed my product Real Copy its program Witty, funny & black, Which sees contestants answer questions about black and pop culture. Sharing images for each logo, Sells wrote with Share on Instagram:

Back in that time, time demonstrates that it is a low-grade and even lower-class vibration. Just to be clear, this is an awful sting to my brand “Smart Funny & Black” in an attempt to raise awareness of The Real programming. They couldn’t find any other way to do this without it being a bite of my creativity. Yes, I am saying this on social media because the constant stealing of blacks’ work (even when supported by other BIPOCs) needs to be labeled F out and also because this is the most energy I will give her before moving forward my day and creating more stupidity that will steal it Definitely the least talented / moral / related to our ancestors. Happy two. vote!

As of this writing, Real She has not yet responded to her allegations.

The Instagram post comes just months after she decided to leave the show. Sales announced in June that it had decided not to return for the next season, citing censorship issues. She was only on the show for six months at the time after being chosen to replace Tamar Braxton, who was fired in 2016 for reasons that remain unclear.

Correction: This post has been updated to reflect that Seales called for the show not just for the logo but for the entire program.
