Michael B. Jordan praised his co-star in the movie Black Panther Chadwick Bosman, Saying “I wish we had more time” with him, describing him as “my older brother” in the process.

Chadwick’s death was announced Friday, leaving Hollywood in shock and grief after the 43-year-old lost his battle of colon cancer.

In a statement from his family, they said that he was diagnosed in 2016.

Since then, the tribute has trickled down, with praise for Chadwick’s legacy and its importance to millions of fans around the world after his starring role in the groundbreaking Black Panther movie.

The movie was a historic moment for acting in Hollywood.

Jordan played Ngadaka in the influential Marvel mega-hit, villain of Chadwick hero T’Challa.

Jordan, 33, who was publicly speaking about his friend’s death for the first time, shared a series of photos of the two of them together and admitted he struggled to find the right words to honor Chadwick.

He wrote, “I was trying to find the words, but nothing came close to my feeling.” “I was thinking about every moment, every conversation, every laugh, every disagreement, every hug … everything.

“I hope we had more time. The last time we spoke, I said we were forever bonded, and now the truth of that means more to me than ever.”

Jordan pondered the beginning of his career in starring in All My Children, saying that Chadwick “paved the way for me,” adding, “She showed me how to be better, respect purpose, and create a legacy.”

Jordan said, “I hope we have more time. All you have given to the world… the myths and heroes that you have shown us… will live forever.

“But the most painful thing is that I now understand how much you are a legend and hero. Through it all, I have never lost sight of what I loved most.

“You have cared about your family, friends, your craft and your soul. You have cared about children, society, our culture and our humanity.

“You took care of me. You are my older brother, but I never had the opportunity to tell you, or to really offer you your flowers while you were here. I hope we’ve had more time.”

Jordan said Chadwick’s death made him realize that “time is short with the people we love and admire,” and promised to devote the rest of his life to living like the late star, “with grace, courage and unrepentance.”

He ended the honor with a nod to one of his lines in the movie Black Panther. He said: Is this yours !? Yes he is! Rest in my brother strength. “

Earlier, Winston Duke, the actor in the movie Black Panther, shared a touching tribute to Chadwick, saying he was “totally devastated” for losing “my friend and my hero.”

The Duke also praised Chadwick’s legacy. Hollywood star Harrison Ford praised, saying, “Chadwick Bosman was as compelling, strong, and honest as the characters he chose to play.

“His intelligence, personal dignity and deep commitment inspired his colleagues and raised the level of the stories they told. He is a hero like any hero he has played. He is loved and will be sorely missed.”

Black Panther director Ryan Coogler wrote a long tribute to Chadwick, while former US President Barack Obama and Marvel stars also shared their memories of the star.
