Mortal Kombat 11’s teaser appears to reveal the next DLC character

Mortal Kombat 11: Beyond Creative director Ed Boone Been teasing Mk More than a fan on Twitter, hinting at the next DLC character coming to the fighting game PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PC and Google Stadia. And after many harassment, Mortal Kombat Fans believe they have found out who is bothering them. Of course, the results are not final, but the case is very convincing. However, if the case is accurate, Rain is either the game’s next DLC character or a future DLC character.

The first teaser ad came in the form of a YouTube link for Prince’s song. Accompanying this Boon highlighted the following portion of the words: “Open your eyes .. look at the sky and see.” On its own, that doesn’t make a convincing hint at Rain, but this is just the first teaser.

The second teaser was another YouTube link for a trailer for A nightmare on Alam Street, Which was released in 1984, the same year as Prince Purple rain.

Meanwhile, the third teaser was just a hashtag followed by the number six. What does that have to do with Rain? Well because it just isn’t Purple rain Prince’s sixth studio album, but the sixth single on the album was titled I Wish It Would Rain Down.

Now, some have suggested that Ed Boon said there would be no DLC iteration, but he never said it, just suggested it. On top of that, Rain was DLC back in 2011. That was nearly 10 years ago. There are other arguments against being Rain, but none of them are very convincing.

Having said that, it’s very likely that your fans are reading the teasers wrongly. In fact, there is a very convincing case for it to be Nitara. On top of that, I personally think there’s a better chance that Nitara is, even though Rain’s case now is definitely stronger.

Unfortunately, all we have now is speculation. However, Boon does not randomly tweet harassment. This is clearly heading towards a revelation that is likely to be imminent.
