LeBron James invites Fox News host Laura Ingraham to defend Drew Brees

“He’s allowed to see what kneeling and flags mean to him. I mean, he’s a person,” Ingraham He said of Brees after his disregard for flag comments earlier this week. “This is out of football,” she added.
James has now recited a video with a collection of both cases, suggesting that nationwide protests followed George Floyd’s death happens “because we’re just F-N tired of this treatment right here!”

“If you still haven’t figured out why the protests are going on. Why are we behaving the way we are, because we’re just FN tired of doing this right here! Can we break something simpler than this one here ????

He added: “And my people don’t worry, I won’t stop until I see CHANGE !!! #ShutUpAndDribbleThisPowerfulBlackManComingFullSteam.”

Ingraham reacted to James’ reaction to her on Thursday Fox News show, saying that “every American has a God-given right to express his opinion on his question.”

“I think our country needs more dialogue, not less,” to heal and shed light on the great injustices, “Ingraham said.” And we need more respect, not retaliation. “

“Right now, Americans, I think most of them, are seeking reconciliation. That means politicians, police, and even cultural figures are working together. All of us.”

His fellow Brees athletes have been widely criticized for saying “they never agree with anyone who doesn’t respect the flag” when asked for his opinion of players kneeling to protest police brutality after the NFL season begins.

The 41-year-old has since apologized, saying his comments were insensitive and lacked compassion and empathy.

“I realize I should talk less and listen more … and when the black community talks about their pain, we should all listen. That’s why I’m so sorry and I’m asking for your forgiveness.”

Ingraham and James have a history after her said LA Lakers star and NBA teammate Kevin Durant to “shut up and stumble” after criticizing U.S. President Donald Trump.

“Oh, and LeBron and Kevin: You’re great players, but no one voted for you,” she said. “Millions have chosen Trump as their coach. So keep the political comment to yourself or, as someone once said, shut up and go.”
