The SpaceX Starlink satellites fly over Plymouth tonight
Look at the sky tonight and you might see a fleet of satellites moving across the sky.
The SpaceX Starlink mission has received a lot of attention since billionaire Elon Musk launched the project in 2018. Since then, sightings of 10, 20, 30 or more objects on the train across the sky have increased.
A resident of Plymouth took this photo shortly after sunset on Monday.
“There must have been about 20, maybe more, moving in a long line over Wheatlej,” Ross Alamit told Plymouth Live.
According to reports, views may decrease in the future.
Starlink is said to have reduced the brightness of its low-flying satellites after inconveniencing astronomers.

The project has seen a number of Rocket launch It is designed to deliver high speed broadband internet around the world with fewer terrestrial disruptions.
To date, SpaceX has launched a total of 597 Starlink satellites out of 12,000 planned.

SpaceX previously explained: “With performance far exceeding that of traditional satellite internet, and an unlimited global network with terrestrial infrastructure constraints, Starlink will provide high-speed broadband internet to locations where access was unreliable, costly, or completely unavailable. “
