More diversity: Biden blames the NFL

INglewood – US President Joe Biden has urged the National Football League (NFL) to get more variety in its training commitments ahead of the 56th Super Bowl.

In light of recent allegations of racism from former Miami Dolphin coach Brian Flores, Biden said in an interview with NBC on Sunday that the league is late in hiring members of minorities.

Biden said before the end of the season between the Cincinnati Bengals and the Los Angeles Rams in Englewood/California. Only “decency” dictates this.

NFL coach Roger Goodell wants to promote African American coaches

Flores is suing the NFL for racial discrimination. Commissioner Roger Goodell has already announced further action to upgrade African American coaches.

Indeed, the Rooney Rule requires teams to invite a certain share of minority people for interviews. And according to Flores, this only happens occasionally in picture conversations.
