The buyer understands that Prudent International Inc does not guarantee any response whatsoever from ads placed at the buyer\'s request.
No orders will be processed without a Payment Receipt/Confirmation form signed. The buyer understands this signature is only for advertising requested and that the buyer agrees to all Terms & Conditions. When the buyer has established rapport with Prudent International Inc, a signature may no longer be required for orders online. The buyer agrees that he/she shall be notified via email when a signature is no longer required.
The buyer understands that all websites in ad copies will be counted as 3 words, email addresses as 3 words, phone numbers 1 word, and Ext #\'s as 1 word.
The buyer understands there may be additional charges to advertising due to miscalculated words in ad copy.
Prudent International Inc agrees to contact the buyer in regards to this addition before charging the buyer.
The buyer agrees that all ad copy changes, paper changes, or cancellations must be made prior to deadline on Wednesday at 10:00am (-8hrs GMT).. No changes may be made after deadline for the week requested.
The buyer understands by placing advertising for multiple weeks, the buyer cannot make ad changes, paper changes or cancellations after deadline for the first publishing week requested.
The buyer agrees to prepay for all advertising. Prudent International Inc agrees to prepay to all newspapers selected by the buyer as requested. Prudent International Inc agrees to handle all correspondence with the newspapers.
The buyer understands that rates, circulations, run days, etc. may and will change without prior notice. Prudent International Inc agrees to keep this information up to date to the best of its ability.
The buyer understands that Prudent International Inc is not responsible for advertising rejected by any newspaper offered. Prudent International Inc has provided a state by state listing including all Accepted and Rejected papers. Papers with a Rejected listing do not accept Business Opportunity, Help Wanted, Weight Loss, Loan, Personal or any other ads related to or offering products. This includes ads related to mortgages, psychics, credit cards, guns, and cigarettes. These papers are very strict about the advertising they will accept.
The buyer agrees that if he/she chooses Rejected papers, their advertising will not be requested to the newspapers that clearly do not accept such advertising. The buyer agrees that Prudent International Inc is not responsible financially, ethically, or morally for advertising rejected.
Prudent International Inc agrees to NEVER share any personal information from client, customers, referral agents, buyers, etc at any time now or in the future. All information given to Prudent International Inc is kept confidential. Prudent International Inc also agrees to never reproduce, duplicate, or violate any buyer\'s information nor sell any information given by any buyer.
The buyer understands by accepting these Terms & Conditions, advertising will only be placed now and in the future as directly ordered or requested by the buyer. Prudent International Inc will never charge any buyer without a Payment Receipt/Confirmation form signed and faxed to Prudent International Inc offices by deadline unless notified by Prudent International Inc following establishment of rapport.
The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Prudent International Inc harmless from any claims, damages and expenses, including any attorneys\' fees, arising out of my actions or conduct in violation of this Agreement.
In the event a dispute shall arise between the buyer and Prudent International Inc as to our respective rights, duties and obligations under this Agreement, and the policy and procedures of Prudent International Inc, it is agreed that such disputes shall be exclusively resolved pursuant to binding arbitration under the commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association with arbitration to be held in Delaware. Delaware law will apply to the resolution of the dispute, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The arbitration panel shall consist of one arbitrator. The buyer understands that Prudent International Inc does not guarantee any response whatsoever from ads placed at the buyer\'s request.
No orders will be processed without a Payment Receipt/Confirmation form signed. The buyer understands this signature is only for advertising requested and that the buyer agrees to all Terms & Conditions. When the buyer has established rapport with Prudent International Inc, a signature may no longer be required for orders online. The buyer agrees that he/she shall be notified via email when a signature is no longer required.
The buyer understands that all websites in ad copies will be counted as 3 words, email addresses as 3 words, phone numbers 1 word, and Ext #\'s as 1 word.
The buyer understands there may be additional charges to advertising due to miscalculated words in ad copy.
Prudent International Inc agrees to contact the buyer in regards to this addition before charging the buyer.
The buyer agrees that all ad copy changes, paper changes, or cancellations must be made prior to deadline on Wednesday at 10:00am (-8hrs GMT).. No changes may be made after deadline for the week requested.
The buyer understands by placing advertising for multiple weeks, the buyer cannot make ad changes, paper changes or cancellations after deadline for the first publishing week requested.
The buyer agrees to prepay for all advertising. Prudent International Inc agrees to prepay to all newspapers selected by the buyer as requested. Prudent International Inc agrees to handle all correspondence with the newspapers.
The buyer understands that rates, circulations, run days, etc. may and will change without prior notice. Prudent International Inc agrees to keep this information up to date to the best of its ability.
The buyer understands that Prudent International Inc is not responsible for advertising rejected by any newspaper offered. Prudent International Inc has provided a state by state listing including all Accepted and Rejected papers. Papers with a Rejected listing do not accept Business Opportunity, Help Wanted, Weight Loss, Loan, Personal or any other ads related to or offering products. This includes ads related to mortgages, psychics, credit cards, guns, and cigarettes. These papers are very strict about the advertising they will accept.
The buyer agrees that if he/she chooses Rejected papers, their advertising will not be requested to the newspapers that clearly do not accept such advertising. The buyer agrees that Prudent International Inc is not responsible financially, ethically, or morally for advertising rejected.
Prudent International Inc agrees to NEVER share any personal information from client, customers, referral agents, buyers, etc at any time now or in the future. All information given to Prudent International Inc is kept confidential. Prudent International Inc also agrees to never reproduce, duplicate, or violate any buyer\'s information nor sell any information given by any buyer.
The buyer understands by accepting these Terms & Conditions, advertising will only be placed now and in the future as directly ordered or requested by the buyer. Prudent International Inc will never charge any buyer without a Payment Receipt/Confirmation form signed and faxed to Prudent International Inc offices by deadline unless notified by Prudent International Inc following establishment of rapport.
The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Prudent International Inc harmless from any claims, damages and expenses, including any attorneys\' fees, arising out of my actions or conduct in violation of this Agreement.
In the event a dispute shall arise between the buyer and Prudent International Inc as to our respective rights, duties and obligations under this Agreement, and the policy and procedures of Prudent International Inc, it is agreed that such disputes shall be exclusively resolved pursuant to binding arbitration under the commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association with arbitration to be held in Delaware. Delaware law will apply to the resolution of the dispute, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The arbitration panel shall consist of one arbitrator. In addition to declaratory relief, the arbitration panel may award preliminary and permanent injunctive relief and compensatory damages and shall award reasonable attorneys\' fees and costs to the prevailing party. The arbitration award may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.
